About John Meredith

John Meredith is a Senior Client Partner with FranklinCovey Europe. Prior to working with FranklinCovey, John was Managing Director of international human resource consultants Svend Holst Associates, where he was responsible for bringing the work of one of the world's leading thinkers, Edward de Bono, to the UK.

He is a Certified Master Facilitator for The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and The Four Imperatives of Great Leadership workshops and as a Shareholder and Director of Covey Leadership UK Ltd., was instrumental in introducing the work of Stephen Covey to the UK in 1993.

He specialises in creating and conducting Principle-Centered Personal, Team and Corporate Leadership Development Programmes. Whilst working with FranklinCovey, John has delivered programmes and provided advice to many multinational companies in Europe, USA, South America, South Africa and Asia in a broad range of manufacturing, sales and service industries to help them implement effective change strategies.

John has a passion for exploring and discovering the great power for unlimited greatness that lies within us all. In a series of articles over the coming weeks, he will be examining the nature of that power and how we can all tap into it.
