Confidence is More Than a Cloak We Wear

Confidence is More Than a Cloak We Wear

Confidence is often a transient and illusive thing – the hilarious Best Man speech we write in the comfort of our own home suddenly takes on a perilous new meaning once we contemplate delivering it in public and in front of those who’s opinion we value…

And the surety with which we plan our transactions at work or in life in general can often be challenged if our innate sense of self or our fundamental self esteem is questioned.

But for some people, their sense of who they are and what they are worth lies not in the judgement and feedback of others, but in an unquestioning belief and conviction in something which transcends their “ego” or sense of “self” and anchors them to what they believe their lives are truly about.

One such example is a humble guy called Paul Potts – a car phone salesman turned opera star, and the most unlikely winner of a British talent show contest.

To see more of Paul’s remarkable journey, and to see an illustration of how self confidence is an innate human condition rather than merely a cloak we wear, simply click here…
