Just Do It
Well the summer is upon us and it’s incredible to think we are already half way through 2007. The good intentions of New Year’s Eve seem so far away now, along with all the lofty goals and ambitions we may have had for ourselves this year.
I know how tempting it can be just to let go and think “Maybe next Year”, as I have done this many times myself in the past. But my message to you if you are still trying to lose those few pounds in time for the beach, to pay off those credit cards ready for the next holiday season, or maybe to give up smoking, then in the words of Nike:
JUST DO IT!
I thought I would share with you a quote from W.H. Murray which I carry with me always, which helps to inspire me when I sometimes lose sight of my goals:
“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative and creation, there is one elementary truth the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred.
